This edition differs from original CD Type O Negative - The Least Worst Of released in 2000 and first vinyl reissue Type O Negative - The Least Worst Of released in 2014. The track "Unsuccessfully Coping With The Natural Beauty Of Infidelity" is replaced with "Gravitational Constant: G = 6.67 × 10⁻⁸ cm⁻³ gm⁻¹ sec⁻²" and originally exclusively only on this compilation released track "Stay Out Of My Dreams" is replaced with "I Don't Wanna Be Me" single edit.
"Christian Woman" is actually the shortened single edit even though the duration on the song list would indicate that it would be the full version.
